TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
Professional, Transparent, and Client-Focused Services
Every assignment undertaken by Courtroom Creations is unique. Services, schedules, and project requirements are determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure that each client receives solutions specifically tailored to the needs of their case.
Initial Consultation
Initial consultations are provided at no cost and may be conducted by phone, e-mail, text message, or Zoom meeting.
These discussions provide an opportunity to review case requirements, explore potential exhibit concepts, and determine the most effective approach for communicating important technical issues.
Project Development
Dr. Dan Metz works directly with each client on a one-to-one basis throughout the design and development process.
Custom courtroom models, demonstrative aids, exhibits, photographs, videos, and test fixtures are developed specifically for each assignment, with recommendations and improvements discussed collaboratively as the project progresses.
Cost Estimates
A firm cost estimate is provided once a decision has been made to move forward with a project.
Any costs that may exceed the original estimate will be discussed with and approved by the client in advance before additional work is performed.
Our objective is to maintain complete transparency throughout every phase of the engagement process.
Communication
Clients may communicate with Courtroom Creations through:
